How much does your service cost?
The cost for holiday light installation service depends on several things, including the number of Christmas light strings you’d like to hang, the size of the holiday display you want built and the length of time required to put your display together. Generally, our prices range from as little as a few hundred dollars to several thousand dollars for large-scale displays. We do offer discounts if we can install your display by November 5th.
How do you price your holiday light installation service?
We come to your home or place of business and review the property with you to understand your holiday lighting ideas. After discussing in detail your holiday lighting needs and any specifications, we’ll put together a proposal for your holiday lighting project. Our team will work within any budget, as our service is flexible and customizable to your unique needs. Once the project is designed, we will provide you a quote and plan to approve, and will schedule a time to install the display. Due to the demand for our service, we do offer early installation discounts.
Do you take the Christmas lights down at the end of the season?
Yes. Taking down the holiday displays is part of our service, and it’s included in the quote we provide. We begin taking lights down on January 2nd and continue to do so through the third week of January. In most installations we provide all holiday lights and materials, you do not have to worry about storing the product for next year.
Is your holiday light installation work guaranteed?
100%. Our success depends on your satisfaction, and we’ll make changes if you so desire. We are interested in building long-lasting customer relationships. Though unlikely, we understand that external forces such as wind, rain or other unforeseen circumstances may damage your display. If this occurs, our professional holiday light installation staff will return within 24 hours to troubleshoot the problem and repair it quickly and efficiently.
Do you provide the Christmas lights and supplies, or will you install mine?
In most installations Custom Holiday Creations LLC provides all the Christmas lights, extension cords, timers, materials and other items necessary to complete your holiday light installation. After the season is done, we remove the holiday light display and take the supplies with us, eliminating the hassle of storing the lights for next year. If you own your own Christmas lights or holiday décor, Custom Holiday Creations is able to supply the labor to install the lights, however because the condition of the lights and décor is unknown we will not maintain the items.
